Prydryk Doesn’t Back Down from Payne

Josh Payne raised to 800,000 on the button and Ruslan Prydryk called in the big blind.

The flop came 3 of Clubs, 3 of Diamonds, 10 of Diamonds, and Payne continued for 650,000. Prydryk called and checked again on the 8 of Clubs, turn.

Payne then fired out another 4,600,000 and Prydryk quickly slid forward the chips to call. The A of Clubs, fell on the river and Prydryk checked for a third time.

Payne bet 10,500,000 this time and Prydryk snap-called. Payne was caught bluffing with 9 of Clubs, 6 of Hearts, , while Prydryk showed A of Spade, 2 of Diamonds, for two pair on the river to take the massive pot.

Ruslan Prydryk 41,900,000 16,725,000
Joshua Payne 39,700,000 -17,500,000
