This is gonna be a big one.

It only took one of the two scheduled opening flights to pass the $500,000 guarantee in the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Main Event here at Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

Once registration in Day 1A closed, 334 entries had started the prizepool off at $506,010. A fourth straight million dollar prizepool is well within play once everything is said and done by the end of registration in Saturday’s second of two opening flights.

From Friday’s field, 51 players will advance to Day 2 on Sunday and earn at least a min-cash for doing so.

With 95 players left in the field, Denis Lee is the current chip leader with 652,000 chips. Tsz Shing, who held the chip lead at dinner is currently second with 464,000.
