Calenzo Move In on Sandberg

Kevin Calenzo opened under the gun to 60,000 before the action folded all the way to Andy Sandberg in the big blind who opted to reopen the action with a three-bet to about 190,000. Back on Calenzo who flat called and they were off to a flop heads up.

The q of Spade, 9 of Hearts, 2 of Hearts, flop landed and Sandberg continued for 110,000. Calenzo called and the 8 of Hearts, rolled off on the turn. Sandberg slowed down with a check and after a moment in the tank, Calenzo moved all in. Sandberg didn’t think for long and threw his cards to the muck.

Calenzo scooped and Sandberg was left short.

Kevin Colenzo: 1,300,000 Evan Sandberg: 410,000
